Did you just get engaged over the holidays? Congrats! I hope this styled shoot I photographed a few weeks ago will have you looking no further for a venue and vendors. I can not say enough wonderful things about all those listed below.
Venue – The Carriage House is a beautiful German gable barn that has just opened in Conroe, Texas, just outside The Woodlands. The stunning room is lined in barn wood with accents of glimmering chandeliers. The beautiful styled shoot showcased a rustic vintage, yet, classic wedding with colors of pastels and golds. Check out the crystal stemware paired with mix and match vintage china. A fun drink station is ready with lemonade and yummy treats for the guest. The outdoor ceremony area has a wooden arbor, adorned with a chandelier and airy florals, with a beautiful pond and a classic turquoise vintage truck in the distance.
Florist – E Johnston Designs – Table floral, boquet, outdoor ceremony site, swirled petal walkway!
Styling – Sweet Tea & Linen – Event styling, vintage rentals, custom linens for the cake table!
Table Linens – A Memorable Event – Beautiful selection of coverings.
Wedding cake – Deam Cakes Inc. – Rustic buttercream wedding cake.
Paper – Jo’s Paper Kitchen – Custom design and paper goods that matched perfectly, wedding invitation, place cards and menus.
Makeup – Makeup by Keri Ann – Gorgeous classic makeup on the bride and flowergirl.
Hair – Brittany Merrit – Perfectly styled hair for the bride and flowergirl.
Photography – Photography by Niki
Bride & Groom – Real couple and past clients Jacob & Kellie

It was such an honor to be asked by Woodlands Bride to photograph their styled shoot for the Summer 2014 issue. The 1920s Great Gatsby themed shoot was so much fun and was loaded with details.
There were some amazing vendors that came together to style the shoot.
Venue: Magnolia Lake, Dress: The Princess Bridal, Makeup: Makeup by Keri Ann, Furniture: Rent Some Vintage, Hair: Blo Blow Dry Bar Woodlands, Sweets: Mister French’s Gourmet Bakery, Chaplain: Going to the Chaplain, Tara Dorroh / Jewelry: Stella and Dot, Elizabeth Greever / Vintage Car: Bobby Walton / Models: Anthony Edington and Elena Edwards of First Models and Talent Agency

Not only was the cover shoot featured with 4 pages, but the real wedding of AnneMarie and Matthew was featured in this issue!
Check it out, and visit Woodlands Bride for more information.

Danae & Jordan were married at the picturesque Hodge Podge Lodge in Historic Montgomery, Texas. Sweet Tea and Linen, Jo’s Paper Kitchen provided details upon details. The bridesmaids wore mint green, the decor was in pastels, brides dress was oh so lovely. Swoon worthy! See below for just a few of the highlights of the day. Coordination/Flowers – Treasured Spaces, Music – DJ Dave, Makeup/Hair – Charmed by Tonya, Catering – Lagniappe, Cakes – Dream Cakes

I took Melissa’s bridals in and around Hodge Podge Lodge, a beautiful historic home, now wedding venue, in Montgomery, Texas. Loved the classic, shabby chic, outdoor feel to these.

Michelle and Stephen were married at Amber Springs in Montgomery, Texas.  It was a beautiful day for a winter wedding. Bridesmaid wore a pop of color in their shoes! The bride and groom have known each other since childhood. Needless to say, it was non-stop laughing the whole day. When the bride and groom departed, the sun was still out, so we had time for a few more photos of the married couple outside!

Woodlands Bride - Love the details of this wedding – captured beautifully… Those mismatched bridesmaid shoes, the cupcake tower + cute sign, and the different angles of the bride’s gown photographed. Great job, Niki!
