Thank you for applying your child to be a model for a classic fine art child portrait at Photography by Niki studios, located in Montgomery.
Award winning fine art children's photographer, Niki Gregg, is looking for models for new wardrobe.

Photographing for a timeless portrait that will capture the wonderful age they are in now.
Classic clothing will be provided for your child, so please fill in the information for your child below.

The session is complimetary. I put so much time, wardrobe and setup into these sessions, it's a $200 fee to assure that the child will come for the scheduled session, and you will get the fee back towards your order.
Also included is a complimentary artist choice print. This is my favorite image of your child, printed, and gifted to you.

Please be advised that we are selective with who receives this complimentary session.

I agree that:

Submitting this application does not guarantee my family will be selected.
That if I am selected, Photography by Niki will create artwork to use in their advertising and promotions to suit their needs.
Studio hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. Understand all portrait sessions happen during those hours.
This is a wonderful opportunity for me to get original artwork of my child(ren) that is customized by the artist. I understand all clothing and props will be purchased for this session in my child's size and that I will be required to pay a $200 fee to participate. The amount will be given to you in purchasing credit.
Niki takes her work very seriously. These sessions require much time and planning. Due to these being selective sessions, should you need to cancel you will not be refunded and forfeit your credit. Reschedules must happen 2 weeks before, or forfeit your credit.
I understand that I will meet with Niki via Zoom before the session, for planning and then a studio appointment will be scheduled for the session.
